Your privacy is very important to us. This Privacy Policy notice sets forth our policies with respect to nonpublic personal information of investors, prospective investors and former investors. These policies apply to investors that are natural persons only and may be changed at any time, provided a notice of such change is given to you.

You provide us with personal information such as your address, social security number, assets and/or income information, (i) in Subscription Agreements and related forms, (ii) in correspondence and conversations with the Partnership’s representatives, and (iii) through transactions in the Partnership. We may also collect personal information about you from third party sources for regulatory or compliance purposes.

We do not disclose any of this personal information about our investors, prospective investors or former investors to anyone other than to our affiliates, such as the General Partner or the Investment Manager. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we may disclose such personal information to our attorneys, auditors, brokers, regulators and certain service providers to the extent permitted by law and, in such case, only as necessary to facilitate the acceptance and management of your investment. Thus, it may be necessary, under anti-money laundering and similar laws, to disclose information about investors in order to accept subscriptions from them. We will also release information about you if you direct us to do so, if compelled to do so by law, or in connection with any government or self-regulatory organization request or investigation.

We seek to carefully safeguard your private information and, to that end, restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to those employees and other persons who need to know the information to enable the Partnership to provide services to you.
